Out of the blue. Ridicuous. I missed the deadline. I finished both The Technossance Magazine and The Great Beyond again in a fourth edition.

Some things just seem to take forever. Books especially can drag on through endless writing, editing, rereading, changing, and wondering if they will ever actually be finished. But eventually, there comes a point when you put the book down, take a breath, and say, “That’s it.” And when a book is finished, it’s finished. No more changes, no more second-guessing, no more staring at the same words. It’s finally out there, and you can move on to whatever comes next.

I know Eminem has made some pretty big contributions to modern music, and there’s no denying his impact. But I have to admit, I didn’t realize things had gotten to the point where he really needed to have a lake named after him. I mean, the guy has records, awards, and millions of fans, but apparently that wasn’t enough. Somewhere along the way, somebody decided what Eminem really needed was a body of water. According to news, no more Lake Michigan.
