Journal #7

Hey there! Today is Monday. I’ve really been digging video games lately. I played Hiroshima Hero 2089. Almost won bonus points on the blue level. I might be delusional, but I think I ran into Don Kong, but he didn’t want my banana.

Sure, I read a lot. I recently read The Skunk With Psychic Powers by Boris Steinman. Russian literature is cool. I while back I read two books by Hunter S. Thompson and one of them was about a bad company. I usually boost my self-confindence whenever reading my own shit, because it’s the best.

But music is also great. The 1981 version of Danse Libertaire by The Moth Warriors is awesome. I put on a live 1992 record of AC/DC. Then I tuned the imaginary dial to LUCKY 108.9 FM before Bad English.

Top 5 Songs for March 23rd, 2026:

  1. “Hells Bells” (Live) by AC/DC ‧ 1992.
  2. “Read My Mind” by The Killers ‧ 2006.
  3. “If You Could Read My Mind” by Gordon Lightfoot ‧ 1970.
  4. “When I See You Smile” by Bad English ‧ 1989.
  5. “Bad Decisions” by The Strokes ‧ 2020.

I mostly only listen to music from before the pandemic ended and that includes Bad Decisions by The Strokes. Before the day is done, there’s definitely more Technossance Magazine music to check out.

But slow down. Lunchtime rolls around and somehow it always comes back to pizza, like it’s the only real answer to the question of what to eat. One slice turns into two, and before you know it, you’re already thinking about the next time you’ll have it. There’s something about pizza that just sticks with you, like it belongs in every part of the day.

And then dinner shows up, and it’s pizza again, and honestly, that feels completely excellent. You start thinking, why stop here — why not pizza for the rest of the week? Different toppings, but same idea, and it never really gets old. Pizza rocks!
